Biografía
Matthew Thompson estudió diseño en el National College of Art & Design de Dublín y trabajó como diseñador antes de concentrarse en la fotografía. Completó su master en Fotografía Artística en la University of Ulster en Belfast en 2014.
Ha expuesto en Francia, Irlanda, Inglaterra, Alemania, Finlandia, China y en el Offset Festival en 2015. También representó a Irlanda en la Bienal de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de Shenzhen, China, en 2015/16.
Sus clientes incluyen Philips, Monocle, Conde-Nast, Time-Warner, Cara y EMI, entre otros. Ha obtenido diversos premios, entre los que podemos citar Photographer of the Year / Cara Magazine – Irish Magazine Awards en 2016
